With so many protein shakes, green powders, and meal replacements on the market, it can be difficult to differentiate the products. So how does Shakeology compare to other similar shakes on the market?
Shakeology is a superfood nutritional shake that comes in a powdered form that you add to water. It was designed to help boost your health and increase your nutritional intake. Each serving contains 16g of protein and 150 calories. Some people also take Shakeology as a meal replacement.
There are many factors that go into choosing the right nutritional shake for you. Keep reading for an in-depth Shakeology review.
What Is Shakeology?
Shakeology calls itself “Your Daily Dose Of Dense Nutrition.” It’s a power house health shake that includes: Protein, Superfruits & Antioxidants, Prebiotics & Probiotics, Adaptogens, Supergreens & Phytonutrients, and Vitamins & Minerals.
Shakeology has become extremely popular among Beachbody participants. Beachbody is a fitness and wellness company. People take Shakeology to increase their nutrition and many more take it as a meal replacement as it is low in calories.
One serving of Shakeology is 36 grams (1.27 oz). That scoop will contain around 150 calories and 16 grams of protein. That is a high ratio of protein to calories, making Shakeology a good option for people who are looking to lose weight.
Shakeology has been referred to as a cross between a protein shake, meal replacement shake, and even super greens.
One hundred fifty calories is a bit low for a full meal replacement, so if you are using Shakeology to lose weight, be sure to bulk up your calories elsewhere, preferably whole fruits and vegetables.
How Does Shakeology Taste?
Several Shakeology reviews have raved about the smooth tasting Shakeology shake, which was very tricky to do because Shakeology offers so many different ingredients as we will review later.
It’s interesting to note that Beachbody did not get to where it is now overnight. As Shakeology evolved by adding more flavors and including more nutrient dense superfoods, mistakes were made.
Vegan Tropical Strawberry was once very gritty when it was first released due to limitations of creating a vegan meal replacement shake. This, however, has now been fixed and Vegan Shakeology flavors are smoother and better tasting than most vegan shakes on the market.
Chocolate Shakeology was also upgraded in the past with additional superfoods that resulted in a chocolate chili tasting flavor. Yet again, Beachbody responded quickly to consumer complaints and created a better tasting Chocolate flavor without compromising quality.
Even Vanilla Shakeology took years to create because at the time it was difficult to create a Natural Vanilla flavor without using FDA approved loopholes that allows the use of artificial flavoring that they deemed natural.
What is this FDA Natural Vanilla Loop Hole?… FDA allows the use of a secretion from Beaver Anal Glands to be used as a natural vanilla flavoring. FDA allows manufactures to report this anal gland secretion (called Castoreum) as “Natural Flavoring”, or not list it at all.
Now Beachbody has both a Vanilla and Vegan Vanilla Shakeology flavor that is actually made with whole Vanilla Beans and not FDA approved “natural” vanilla flavoring.
Yet, how does Shakeology taste? Shakeology tastes smooth and just like the flavor it’s suppose to. The best way to drink Shakeology is by blending it to ensure it’s mixed very well or using a shaker cup.
What Are The Shakeology Flavors?
Shakeology comes in a variety of flavors:
Whey Based Shakeology Flavors:
- Chocolate (released 2009)
- Vanilla (released 2013)
- Café Latte (released 2016)
- Strawberry (released 2013)
Plant Based Vegan Shakeology Flavors:
- Chocolate (released 2010)
- Vanilla (released 2010)
- Café Latte (released 2017)
- Tropical Strawberry (released 2010)
Other LIMITED EDITION Shakeology Flavors include the following:
- Peppermint Mocha
- Pumpkin Spice
- Salted Caramel
These limited edition Shakeology flavors tend to be seasonal and are very popular.
As a reminder, all Shakeology flavors are made from a mix of proteins, herbs, antioxidants, vitamins, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. The benefits of each ingredient are listed in detail further down in this Shakeology review.
Which Shakeology Flavor Is the Best?
My personal favorite and what many others enjoy as well is Chocolate Whey Shakeology because it is the smoothest flavor and offers a light chocolate taste. Vanilla and Café Latte, however, are also top sellers.
Chocolate was one of the original Shakeology flavors from when the shake was first created and has remained a consistent favorite. The chocolate flavoring comes from cacao, a natural source, which ensures that the shake is not overly sweet.
Also, some consumers have reported Shakeology’s chocolate flavor to be less grainy and gritty in texture than other flavors.
How Do You Drink Shakeology?
Its recommended to take one scoop of the Shakeology powder and mix it into an 8 to 12-ounce (227 to 283 oz) glass of water. The powder will dissolve to make a nutritional drink.
However, shaking it in a shaker cup or blending it will give you a much smoother consistency. Most of the time, if you stir your Shakeology in water, there will clumps in it still. It’s highly recommended to blend it and add ice to your liking.
You can also mix the Shakeology powder with milk, almond milk, or even juice depending on the flavor.
Who Is Shakeology Best For?
Shakeology is best for people looking to get fit, boost their health, or lose weight. The drink is designed for anyone looking to improve their health. It’s an easy and convenient way to consume healthy, nutritious ingredients.
The creators of Shakeology advertise the shake’s ability to help reduce cravings. The low-calorie count and high protein count of Shakeology help you to stay fuller longer without turning to empty calories.
The sweet flavors of Shakeology can help satisfy a sweet tooth while also delivering important vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to your body. The low-calorie level will help you lose weight, while the high protein count will help your body stay full.
There are no artificial ingredients in Shakeology, which makes it a good natural option to help control any cravings.
What Are the Benefits of Shakeology?
For a variety of reasons, it can be difficult to consume all of the nutrition that your body needs daily. Life is fast-paced, and the easier, convenient foods do not always deliver the best vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.
That’s where health shakes come in. Drinks like Shakeology make it easy, quick, and convenient to consume your daily nutrition. Simply mix it into your shaker cup and you have a nutritious shake on the go.
Most dieticians and nutritionists agree that whole foods are best for your diet. However, if you are unable to consume all the whole foods that your body needs, then shakes and supplements are a good way to boost your nutritional intake.
Shakeology is a great snack alternative. The sweet flavors—chocolate and vanilla—can help to satisfy cravings while delivering vitamins, antioxidants, and other healthy ingredients.
The low-calorie count of the Beachbody Shakeology shake (160 calories per serving) also make it a good choice for weight loss. There are protein shakes, meal replacement shakes, and weight loss products on the market that have much higher calorie counts.
Some weight-loss products also contain an abundance of artificial ingredients, oils, sugar, and chemicals that make their products less healthy.
While Shakeology does contain 7 grams (0.25 oz) of sugar, it is natural cane sugar. For comparison, a generic cola contains 33 grams (1.16 oz) of sugar per serving.
Does Shakeology Work?
Yes, Shakeology works to help you lose weight by reducing food cravings. According to a study published in Current Developments in Nutrition, Shakeology helped participants reduce their desire to eat 58% more than when they tried similar products.
The Shakeology shake helped participants eat 185 calories fewer calories in their next meal. Additionally, Shakeology reduced hunger by 51% more than a calorie-matched shake.
The study, which was a double-blind, crossover, placebo-controlled study, surveyed daily Shakeology users. 97% of users believed Shakeology to be a positive investment in their health.
Another study with the University of Missouri found that eating a high-protein breakfast leads to a reduction in “savory and sweet” food cravings. In the study, 20 young people who ate breakfasts with 40% protein as opposed to 15% protein experienced fewer cravings for unhealthy foods throughout the day.
Another benefit of a high protein diet was found in that same study. People who consumed high-protein breakfasts experienced a significant increase in homovanillic acid (HVA). HVA is a dopamine metabolite.
Dopamine is a chemical in the brain that regulates food motivation and reward. Consuming high levels of protein can alert our brain to feel satisfied more quickly than if we were consuming lower levels of protein.
Should Shakeology Be Used as a Meal Replacement?
Though some people do use Shakeology as a meal replacement, the company does warn against using Shakeology to replace more than one meal a day.
As the Beachbody Shakeology shakes only contain around 150 calories, they are a pretty low-calorie meal. The average person needs between 1,200 and 2,200 calories a day, depending on their height, activity level, and size.
The extremely low calories in Shakeology, if used for a meal replacement, could lead to not getting enough calories in your diet.
Shakeology is therefore recommended by Beachbody to be used more as a snack before a meal so that you eat less when it’s finally time to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
However, if you use Shakeology as a meal replacement, you can increase the calorie count by including a few simple and healthy ingredients like: fruits, vegetables, peanut butter, almond butter, juices, almond milk, and so on.
Do Meal Replacement Shakes Work for Weight Loss?
The key to weight loss is to consume fewer calories. How many calories you need in a day varies depending on your age, sex, and activity level. Generally, individuals need between 1,200 and 2,200 calories per day.
Restricting calories means it might be difficult for you to intake all the nutrients that your body needs.
Meal replacement shakes are not a miracle cure for weight loss, but they can provide you with the nutrition that your body will be lacking when you start eating less.
When meal replacement shakes contain enough protein and fiber, they can also help you to stay fuller for longer. Feeling full can greatly help with weight loss.
Studies have found that participants who replace one to two meals per day with a meal replacement shake will see weight loss results more quickly.
One study found that participants who used meal replacements lost 5.6 more pounds (2.54kg) than those who followed a regular calorie-restricted diet.
However, another study of 132 overweight people revealed that weight loss was similar between people who followed a meal replacement routine and people who consumed whole foods using regular calorie reduction methods.
In addition, Shakeology’s extremely low-calorie count makes it not the best option to replace a meal. As it is only 160 calories, that means you will have to bulk up your calories in other meals or add a few healthy ingredients in your Shakeology shake to add calories and to change up the flavor.
Is Shakeology Organic?
The Beachbody Shakeology shake is not Certified Organic. Beachbody states the following:
While, Shakeology is not, Fair Trade certified, we do use fair trade practices in sourcing raw materials for Shakeology. We’ve put every effort into making sure these ingredients don’t contain pesticides, aren’t destroyed in processing, are produced using the best of **fair trade** practices, and have many of the benefits of what is considered “organic.”
So you might ask, “Why isn’t Shakeology ‘certified organic?” The experience of our development team has shown that sometimes certified organic doesn’t necessarily translate to higher quality.
Certifying something can simply jack up the price, especially with ingredients of this quality and quantity. So we decided to focus on making sure the quality and integrity of the product lives up to the promise, without asking you to pay the premium it would cost for us to say it with a stamp of approval from a certification lab.
As side note, the Shakeology superfoods ingredients are sourced from several different areas from around the world, thus making it challenging for Beachbody to certify every single ingredient like other meal replacement shakes that use a few common ingredients.
Are Organic Meal Replacement Shakes Better Than Non-Organic Ones?
Organic refers to the way in which food is grown. Organic food is farmed without the use of any chemicals, pesticides, or hormones. The food also must be free of any artificial additives.
Organic crops use natural manure and fertilizer to keep their food healthy. Animals that are raised on organic farms are not fed any antibiotics or chemicals.
Organic farming has been proven to be better for the environment. Organic farming practices help improve soil quality, as no chemicals are used. It also preserves more water and reduces pollution.
Studies have also demonstrated that organic foods tend to contain a larger amount of nutrients, like vitamin C, zinc, and iron. Organic produce also tends to contain more antioxidants than non-organic food.
Antioxidant levels in organic foods have been reported up to 69% higher than in non-organic foods. Because organic foods are grown without chemicals, they produce their own protective chemicals, hence the higher levels of antioxidants.
Organic farming practices are better for the environment, and studies have shown organic foods to contain more nutrients than non-organic foods. However, organic foods are often pricier than non-organic foods.
Additionally, as stated earlier, Beachbody does it’s best to source their ingredients from organic sources but has yet to look into organic certification.
Is Shakeology Gluten Free?
YES!!! After years of people asking for Gluten Free Shakeology, it is finally here in 2021. Not all Shakeology flavors are Gluten Free, so make sure you order the correct one if you need Gluten Free Shakeology.
However, over time, Beachbody will release more Gluten Free Shakeology flavors.
What Are the Shakeology Ingredients?
The Shakeology ingredients includes six core nutrient groups: Proteins, Superfrutis & Antioxidants, Prebiotics & Probiotics, Adaptogens, Supergreens & Phytonutrients, Vitamins & Minerals.
Each nutrient group is designed with a particular goal in mind, meant to help increase your health, immunity, energy, and boost your immunity.
Here is a breakdown of each Shakeology nutrient group, as well as information on the benefits of each ingredient.
Proprietary Protein Blend
The proprietary protein blend contains Whey (Only In Whey Based Formulas), Pea Protein, Quinoa, Rice Protein, and Flax.
Protein is essential for the body. Your hair and nails are made up of protein, and your body needs protein in order to repair tissue. Protein is also used to make enzymes, hormones, and is the “building block” of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.
Protein, like fat and carbohydrates, is a macronutrient that your body needs. Your body stores fat and carbs, but it does not store protein, which is why it is so important to consume sufficient amounts of protein and replenish your body’s stores.
It is recommended to consume 5 to 7 ounces (142 to 198 grams) of protein a day, depending on your age, gender, and activity level.
Where your protein comes from will impact your health. Protein sourced from processed meats like hot dogs, sausages, and fatty meats are associated with an increased risk of health defects like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and colorectal cancer.
The protein in Shakeology’s proprietary protein blend comes from whole foods, plants, and grains, which is a healthier source of protein than fatty meats.
Additionally, Shakeology delivers a a complete amino acid profile with all 9 essential amino acids that helps support lean muscle growth and reduce cravings.
Proprietary Superfruits and Antioxidant Blend
This blend contains Camu-Camu, Acerola Cherry, Bilberry / Blueberry, Lycium (Or Goji) Berry, Luo Han Guo, Pomegranate, Rose Hips, Schisandra, Whole Coffee Fruit, and Cocoa.
Antioxidants are substances that help protect your body’s cells against free radicals. Free radicals are associated with heart disease, cancer, and other illnesses.
Free radicals are created when your body breaks down food or when you’re exposed to smoke or other chemicals. The production of free radicals depends on a specific chemical reaction called the oxidation-reduction cycle.
Antioxidants prevent oxidation and can help your body stay balanced. Consuming enough antioxidants is essential to help fight cellular damage and boost your immune system.
The best source of antioxidants is from whole plants. Whole fruits, vegetables, grains, and nuts all contain antioxidants.
Proprietary Prebiotics, Probiotics, and Digestive Enzyme Blend
This blend contains Yacon Root, Chicory Root, Bacillus Coagulans, Digestive Enzymes and Pea Fiber.
To have a healthy body, it is essential to have a healthy gut. Your gut, known as a microbiome, is full of small bacteria—up to 1,000 different species! These little organisms play a large role in your health and can affect your mood and behavior.
To keep your gut microbiome healthy, you need to feed it. The healthier your gut is, the healthier you are. There are two ways to promote a healthy gut: prebiotics and probiotics.
Prebiotics feed the microbes that are already living in your system. Prebiotics come from plant fibers, and act as a fertilizer, nourishing healthy growth in your gut. Prebiotics can be found in whole vegetables and fruits.
Probiotics, on the other hand, contain living organisms. Consuming probiotics will add new bacteria to your gut and will help to increase the population of healthy microbes. The most common way to consume probiotics is through yogurt.
Yogurt is made through a fermentation process and contains a large amount of healthy bacteria. Other fermented foods like sauerkraut, kombucha, and kimchi also contain probiotics.
The Shakeology pre and probiotic blend includes a variety of digestive enzymes as well to help your body to break down foods. Enzymes help to catalyze chemical reactions in your body.
For example, amylase is an enzyme that breaks down carbohydrates. Lactase breaks down dairy (which is why people who are lactose intolerant cannot digest milk and cheese).
The several digestive enzymes, prebiotics, and probiotics found in Shakeology will help you with nutrient absorption, regularity, and healthy digestion.
Proprietary Adaptogen Blend
This blend contains Astragalus, Cordyceps, Ashwagandha, Chaga, Maca, Maitake, and Reisha.
Adaptogens are substances that are often used to help the body adapt and manage stress. They are plants that assist the body in resisting physical, chemical, and biological stress.
Traditionally, adaptogens have been used in medicine. For centuries, Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine has used these herbs and roots.
Though there is a long tradition of using these herbs and roots to help promote health and wellness, there are not many studies that prove their effects. More scientific research is needed to confirm the specific benefits of adaptogens.
Proprietary Supergreens and Phytonutrient Blend
This blend contains Chlorella, Spinach, Cinnamon, Spinach and Kale.
While protein, fats, and carbs are essential macronutrients, your body also needs several micronutrients to function well. Phytonutrients are one such micronutrient.
Phytonutrient chemicals are produced by plants. Plants use phytonutrients to stay healthy, and phytonutrients also offer a plethora of benefits to humans.
Some benefits of phytonutrients include their antioxidizing and anti-inflammatory effects. Phytonutrients also help to boost your immune system and increase intercellular communication.
Phytonutrients can help repair DNA damage that comes from exposure to carcinogens or other toxins. Having a diet rich in phytonutrients has been proven to help fight against cancer and heart disease.
Proprietary Vitamins and Minerals Blend
This blend contains: Vitamin C, Calcium, Sodium, Potassium, and Iron. The following are included only in the Whey based formulas: Folate, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K2.
These are included because you need a variety of vitamins and minerals for optimum health. In Shakeology’s formulas, these essential nutrients come together to perform hundreds of roles in the body such as helping support energy metabolism and immune function.
Shakeology Ingredients: No Compromises
Besides what’s included in the Shakeology ingredients, it’s important to note what isn’t included as well.
As mentioned earlier, Beachbody does not take shortcuts when it comes to the quality of their ingredients, for this reason, they offer the following as well:
- NO Artificial Sweeteners
- NO Artificial Colors
- NO Artificial Flavors
- NO Artificial Preservatives
- They Do Offer Dairy-Free Options
- And Shakeology Is Certified to Have a Low-Glycemic Index

Who Makes Shakeology?

Shakeology is made by the Beachbody company. Beachbody was founded by Darin Olien (CEO) and Jon Congdon (President). The company began in 1998 in Santa Monica, California. They promote a variety of health and wellness products, as well as a fitness and weight loss regime.
In addition to Shakeology, the company offers other health and fitness products. One of their products includes the famous fitness routine P90X and Insanity.
Since these two programs, Beachbody has grown a huge library of fitness programs that include nutritional guidance and workouts that you’ll enjoy and will help you reach your fitness goals.
Shakeology itself was created in 2009, by Beachbody CEO Carl Daikeler, nutrition and fitness advocate Isabelle Daikeler, and Superfood Hunter Darin Olien.
The goal with Shakeology was never to create a protein shake or meal replacement shake. Instead, the goal was to create a nutritional product that would help restore some of the nutrients that our modern diets might be missing through a delicious shake made with a high standard of ingredient sourcing and quality.
Additionally, Beachbody is a company that utilizes multi-level marketing to sell their products. The company currently has over 340,000 “health coaches” who sell and promote the company’s products.
Beachbody has grown over the last several years to make their products available to not only in the United States, but also: Canada, the United Kingdom, and France.
Is Beachbody a Reputable Company?
Beachbody has a rating of A+ by the Better Business Bureau (the BBB). The BBB is a private non-profit organization. The BBB began in 1912 and consistently rates companies based on their practices. Their main goal is to ensure market trust.
Some people are inherently skeptical of multi-level marketing strategies. Multi-level marketing, or MLM, is a method of marketing in which distributors find new distributors, and make money off those commissions and the selling of products to customers as well.
Pyramid schemes are very similar to multi-level marketing. What makes a pyramid scheme a scam is that there is no real product involved. Whereas, companies that use MLM do deliver a product.
Famous multi-level marketing businesses include the following:
- Tupperware
- Mary Kay
- Herbalife
- Avon
- Amway
- Forever Living Products
- Isagenix International
- Medifast
- ViSalus
- Young Living
- And Many More…
However, despite the A+ rating on the BBB’s website, there have been complaints against the company.
A while back, there was government action taken against Beachbody. Consumers complained of the company’s billing practices focused on automatic billing. A negotiation was reached with the Santa Monica City Attorney’s Office, following a prosecutor’s investigation.
Following the negotiation, Beachbody has agreed to change its practices. It will change its website and make changes that will help protect consumers.
Giving the consumer an easier way to cancel subscriptions (recurring billing) online or by phone. As well as giving the consumer a reminder of the upcoming charges before their credit card is charged.
How Much Does Shakeology Cost?
The Shakeology price for both a 30 day serving bag or 24 individual packets is $129.95 USD + S&H. This premium health shake ends up costing about $4.33 per serving (30 day serving bag).
If you order with Monthly Subscription (with super discount shipping), you’ll pay $2 US monthly on shipping instead of about $15 US shipping cost for a one-time order.

Where Can I Buy Shakeology?
You can only buy Shakeology directly from Beachbody. Shakeology is not sold in any store, not even Amazon sells Shakeology. Thus, you cannot buy Shakeology from Walmart, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, nor any other supplement store.
Beachbody does this in order to ensure the quality of their product and to make sure customers are getting what they are suppose to be getting as many popular supplements on the open market can often be counterfeit.
What Do Nutritionists Have to Say About Shakeology?
One registered dietician, Abby Langer, has posted a whole review of Shakeology. She dissects the product and gives her professional opinion. In her review, she reiterates what many dieticians have said about green powders and protein drinks: whole foods are healthier than beverages.
According to Abby Langer, the ingredients are not harmful, the sugar content isn’t too high, and the protein level is satisfactory.
Nutritionists have noted the low-calorie count, which makes Shakeology not a good option for meal replacements but understand that Shakeology can be used as a snack or you can increase the calorie count by adding your own healthy ingredients when mixing it in a blender.
Beachbody Shakeology Shake – Pros
- The Shakeology ingredients are the most impressive superfoods that you won’t find together in any other shake on the market. Neither super green, meal replacement, nor protein shakes.
- Shakeology comes in several different flavors and offered in Whey Based formulas and 100% Vegan Based formulas.
- Shakeology is continually evolving to include more superfoods and improve the formula overall so that it benefits your health more and more.
- The low-calorie count of Shakeology is helpful for weight loss.
- The high protein and fiber content will help to keep you fuller for longer.
- The sweet flavors can help to satisfy cravings without having you sacrifice calories, making it helpful for weight loss.
- If you order Shakeology through their monthly auto shipment, you can easily change your flavor, serving size from 30 serving bag to 24 individual packets or vice versa, or even change your delivery date or change to every other month. You can do all of this by calling 1 (800) 470-7870 or by visiting http://www.beachbodyaccount.com/
- Beachbody offers complete fitness programs that help you workout and know what to eat so that you lose weight and get into the best shape of your life.
- Shakeology can easily replace multivitamins, super green shakes, digestive enzymes, and prebiotic/probiotic supplements that you may already be taking or considering taking.
- Beachbody offers the “Bottom-of-the-Bag” guarantee. Beachbody states: “If you don’t notice a difference in how much better your body feels within the first month of drinking this delicious shake, or if you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason, just return the empty bag within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less s&h).”
Beachbody Shakeology Shake – Cons
- Shakeology is not organic. Although working hard with their ingredient suppliers to ensure quality and potency, Beachbody has not pursued Organic Certification because of the cost of certifying every single ingredient that would end up increasing the cost of the final product.
- The Shakeology cost. With the Shakeology price of $129.95 US per bag, many people become sticker shocked because they are used to cheaper meal replacement shakes that only offer protein, fiber, and multivitamins. Thus, comparing Shakeology to a basic meal replacement is not a fair comparison due to the Shakeology ingredients offered.
- The Shakeology ingredients doesn’t state how much of each ingredient is placed into each flavor. This is a common issues across the board between super green shakes, meal replacements, and protein shakes. Only SuperGreen Tonik offers an amount for each of the ingredients that they include.
- Shakeology can make you gassy for a while. A side effect from drinking Shakeology is feeling gassy, bloated, or going to the bathroom more while your stomach gets used to the prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. This is natural and will go away as your digestive system improves.
Shakeology – Really Worth Buying?
Yes, Shakeology really is worth buying because you get the following nutrients Proteins, Superfrutis & Antioxidants, Prebiotics & Probiotics, Adaptogens, Supergreens & Phytonutrients, Vitamins & Minerals all in one delicious shake.
Otherwise, if you want all of those nutrients, you would need to buy several different multivitamins, super green powders, and even a decent protein shake to make something that can compare to Shakeology.
Unfortunately, there is no Shakeology alternative as no one offers the same nutrient groups as Shakeology does.
With the Bottom-of-the-Bag Guarantee, you can feel assured that if you don’t feel a difference after a month of trying Shakeology for yourself, you can return the empty bag for a refund. How many other companies allow you to do that?
By far, Shakeology is our #1 recommended meal replacement shake because of the vast amount nutrient groups involved.
