You might be wondering if the Beachbody On Demand price is even worth it.

If you prefer no- or low-equipment workouts, Beachbody is worth it. Beachbody On Demand is significantly cheaper than a gym membership, and it saves you time, as well.

Suppose you commit to using Beachbody 5 days a week for a whole year. That’s once a day for 260 days. At $120 for one year’s membership, that costs about 46 cents a day.

Comparing Beachbody on Demand to a Gym Membership:
